Photos & Images
Attach photos to every card in your collection â upload directly, search eBay for a match, or batch-fetch images for your entire collection automatically.
Uploading a Photo
Open the Edit Card modal for any card. The right panel shows the current image (or a placeholder if none). To add or replace a photo:
- Click the image area or the Upload Photo button
- Select an image from your device (JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC supported)
- The image is automatically optimized and stored â three sizes are generated (full, medium, thumbnail)
- Click Save Card to confirm
Image Search
CardVersePro can search eBay and card databases to find a matching image for any card. In the Edit Card modal, click Search Imagesto open the image picker.
- The search uses the card's player, year, manufacturer, set, and parallel to build a query
- Results come from eBay listings (primary) with additional fallback sources
- Results are cached for 24 hours â repeated searches for the same card are instant
- Click any result to preview it full-size, then click Use This Image to attach it
Batch Image Fetch
The Batch Image Fetch tool finds images for multiple cards in one pass â ideal for new collections or cards added via CSV import.
- In the Collection view, select cards using the checkbox column (or select all)
- Click Batch Images in the toolbar
- Choose Auto mode to automatically pick the best image per card, or Review mode to approve each one manually
- Cards without existing photos are processed first by default
Photo Lightbox
Click any photo thumbnail in the Collection grid to open the lightbox â a full-screen image viewer with zoom, pan, and navigation controls.

Removing a Photo
Open the Edit Card modal and click the Remove Photobutton below the image. The photo is deleted from storage when you save.
