Acceptance of Terms
By using CardVersePro, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
Use of the Service
CardVersePro is a personal collection management tool. You may use it to track your own sports card collection. You may not use it for illegal activities, to infringe on intellectual property rights, or in any way that violates applicable laws.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Subscription and Billing
Free accounts are limited to 100 cards. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Refunds are handled at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
Data and Content
You retain ownership of all card data and images you upload. By using the service, you grant CardVersePro a license to store and display your content to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your data.
Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime, data loss, or service changes.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
Limitation of Liability
CardVersePro is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
