Who can use CardVersePro

You must be at least 13 years old to use CardVersePro. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and handle any purchase. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for everything done under your account. Tell us right away at hello@cardversepro.com if you think someone else has used it.

Plans and the free trial

• The free plan holds up to 100 cards and some features are limited.
• Every new account starts with a 14-day Pro trial. No card is needed, and the trial does not turn into a paid subscription: when it ends, your account moves to the free plan unless you choose to subscribe.
• Pro is $24.99 a month or $199.99 a year (plus any tax that applies), paid through Stripe. What each plan includes is shown on the billing page and may change over time.

Automatic renewal and cancelling

• Pro renews automatically. A monthly plan renews every month and an annual plan every year, and the card on file is charged at the start of each new period, until you cancel.
• Cancel any time from Billing → Manage subscription in the app, or by emailing hello@cardversepro.com. Cancel before your renewal date and you won't be charged again.
• Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account moves to the free plan. Your cards and photos stay; if you have more than 100, adding new cards is paused until you're under the limit or subscribe again.
• If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it over the following days and we'll email you. Pro stays on while it retries; if the payment can't be collected, the subscription ends.

Price changes

We may change Pro's price. If we do, we'll email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to your subscription, so you can cancel first if you don't want to continue. New prices apply from your next renewal after that notice; a period you've already paid for is never re-priced.

Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable, including for a partly used period, but we look at every request. If something went wrong, such as a renewal you meant to cancel, email hello@cardversepro.com and we'll work it out with you. This doesn't limit any refund rights you have under the law where you live.

Prices, values and grading estimates

Card values come from recent sales on third-party marketplaces, and grading odds and returns are estimates. They're there to help you decide, not to tell you what to do: they can be wrong or out of date, no grade is ever guaranteed, and nothing in CardVersePro is financial or investment advice. Decisions to buy, sell or grade are yours.

Your cards and photos

Everything you add stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and show it as needed to run CardVersePro for you, including sending card photos to the services that read them when you scan (see the Privacy Policy). Your collection is private unless you turn on sharing, which makes it visible to anyone with the link until you turn it off. Only upload photos you have the right to use.

Fair use

Please don't misuse CardVersePro: no breaking the law with it, no attempts to get around plan limits or access other people's accounts, no scraping or bulk downloading of our checklists or price data, and nothing that interferes with the service or its other users.

Changes to the service

We're always improving CardVersePro, so features may change, and we may pause or end parts of it. We aim to keep the site running but can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. Export your data any time from Settings → Your data.

Closing your account

You can ask us to delete your account at any time from Settings, or by email. We delete your data within 30 days, as the Privacy Policy describes. Cancel any subscription first, or we'll cancel it for you when the account is deleted. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimers and limits on liability

CardVersePro is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a sale or purchase made on a value shown in the app, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email you and update the date at the top before the change takes effect. Continuing to use CardVersePro after that means you accept the new terms.
